Business Analyst (Big Data)

We are looking for a skilled, driven and talented business analyst to develop and support various innovative and fast-growing Big Data products.The successful candidate will be responsible for solving complex data-intensive business problems in a dynamic environment for various customers by leveraging specialized tools and techniques for Big Data analysis and modelling.Responsibilities:Design and develop Big Data solutions, focusing on system integrations for seamless data exchange via APIs, batch files, and other methods, supporting triggers, dashboards, and digital funnelsIdentify business needs and objectives to align solutions with organizational goals.Conduct comprehensive reviews of business processes, document existing workflows, and propose workflow modifications for future improvementsWrite and refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prepare formal requirements for cross-organizational projectsEvaluate and integrate data from multiple sourcesDesign and document data flows and data mappingsManage company’s datasets in Big Data environmentsAggregate and transform data to meet the needs of efficient data processingAddress user questions and issues related to the data management platformEvaluate and improve business analysis processesMentor and support other analysts. Organize knowledge sharing and training sessions for other analystsRequirements:4+ years as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Engineer or relevant experienceStrong business value orientationThe ability to write clear requirements and specificationsExperience in  database technologies with solid understanding and hands-on skills with SQL/Advance SQL/Hive/ETL/Kafka.
