We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and deriving actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage your analytical skills to improve our digital offerings.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Design and build data models to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement machine learning solutions.
• Develop visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL, Tableau).
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
