Role Description:
This is a hybrid role blending data science and software engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient supply chain solutions using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.

Skills and Technology Used:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python is required.
• Database Management: Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery is beneficial.
• Cloud Environments: Familiarity with Azure (especially Databricks) and GCP environments is essential.
• Data Visualization tools: PowerBI and Looker (good to know, but not mandatory)
• Development Tools:
  • Coding: VScode
  • Version Control: GitHub
  • Work Management: Jira, Miro Board

Additional Knowledge:

• Machine Learning: Basic understanding is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Optimization Techniques: Knowledge of linear programming (optimization/LP solver) is a plus.

Requirements:

• Coding Practices: Efficient code maintenance through unit tests and regression tests.
• Software Engineering Practices: Adherence to best practices in software engineering.
