Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and systems with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, UI/UX to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for seamless interaction between front-end and backend services.
• Work with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, to deploy, manage, and monitor applications.
• Implement messaging systems using protocols like MQTT or Kafka to enable real-time communication between services.
• Utilize knowledge of TCP/IP protocols to develop network-driven solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Python, ensuring adherence to best coding practices.
• Optimize databases using RDBMS or NoSQL servers for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance issues in a Linux or Unix-based OS environment.
• Apply solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and enforce coding standards within the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong 5+ years of experience with Python.
• Expertise in building and integrating REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services for cloud-native development and deployment.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networking and communication protocols.
• Proficient in working with RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and their application in system design.
• Experience in backend development for enterprise systems (e-commerce, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.).
• Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization skills.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into working solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred:
Familiarity with modern development practices such as CI/CD and automated testing.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
