Clinical Data Management Analyst

Job Description

#ONEGDMS Under the direction of the applicable management, the Clinical Data Management Analyst is responsible for executing end to end data management activities pertaining to clinical trials, including but not limited to; data management tool and system development, validation and maintenance, data collection, data integrity review and reconciliation, query management, medical coding, and database lock preparation, in compliance with our company Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree completed in any field, preferable in health sciences (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, biological sciences, or related healthcare data sciences)

- Any other data science background is also accepted

Experience:

1. Advanced Level of Excel

2. Proficiency in English

3. 2 year of work experience in any field

4. Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis - Able to recognize problems and opportunities and determine whether action is needed.

5. Expertise as a Change Catalyst - Approach change with a positive mindset

6. Self-motivated, excellent in work planning and time management.

7. Able to work under pressure and in a changing environment with flexibility.

8. Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with both the technical and business areas.
