We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Analyst, Marketing to join our team. The right candidate will work with marketing related data to analyze, interpret, and provide valuable insights while helping craft the overall analytical approach of Cellebrite Marketing. You will need to be a curious and collaborative analyst possessing strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, a keen attention to detail, a strong desire to learn new areas as needed, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, actionable, and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct thorough and accurate analysis of complex data sets from various sources to identify trends and derive insights.
  • Drive operating cadence, goal setting, and tracking of KPI and success drivers for the Marketing team. Be the expert on KPIs, driving cross-functional alignment on metrics and methodologies.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of ABM, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Help Marketers understand their impact on topline business metrics and find points of leverage for re-prioritization.

Reporting and Visualization:

  • Generate clear and concise reports to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present insightful data at regular reviews, highlighting key performance indicators and growth opportunities.
  • Create visually compelling presentations or dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to enhance the understanding of analytical results.
  • Develop and track marketing investments against expectations and ROI.

Modeling and Planning:

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict future trends and outcomes.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to assess potential impacts on business operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track organizational performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing leaders and other departments across the organization to understand business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Marketing Analytics Program:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership team and other cross-functional teams to develop a prioritized plan to deliver insights across the Marketing organization (i.e. QBR Kits for Regions, ROI for investments, Campaign Dashboards). This includes developing requirements, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation actions.
  • Communicate status, progress, and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Build the structure of reports and dashboards that will fit each Marketing function position, be the focal point for any additional needs and enhancement requests.  

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Marketing analytics or similar role with strong understanding of Marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Education: BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with account-based marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SFDC CRM, SFMC, 6sense and Google Analytics (6sense – preferred).
  • Experience with Qlik Sense/Cloud or another data visualization tool (i.e., Tableau, Power BI, Domo).
  • Effective communication skills and ability to drive discussions and presentations at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience pulling data from a variety of sources and aptitude to learn additional sources as needed.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, owning deliverables end to end and establishing a partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Capable of collaborating cross-functionally in local and remote geographic locations.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • This is a Remote position, but ideal candidate is located on East coast.
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a clearance.
