Job Description:

This role is remote-friendly.

As the VP Analytics, Health & Non-Profit, you will be the industry-leading voice of analytics for the agency, setting the vision and strategy to ensure our analytics offerings are innovative and address client business challenges. You will lead a cross-disciplinary team specialized in turning data into relevant insight to optimize client outcomes, holding all teams accountable for delivering and producing an integrated work product. You are also responsible for the continuous evolution of the practice by developing best-in-class services and capabilities.

Working with the SVP, the clients and the account teams on each client within the portfolio, you will craft industry-leading integrated solutions to address clients' unique business challenges, leveraging your business mindset to convert into strategic opportunities for our clients. You will help to identify opportunities to identify best practices and then drive the implementation of these solutions across clients within the health/non-profit vertical.

Responsibilities

Vision and Strategy – Set vision for Health/Non-Profit Analytics team, ensure offerings are innovative and address challenges impacting Health/Non-Profit industry as well as exploit emerging technology trends and partnership opportunities.

Growth – Partner with Client Success, Growth teams and Capability Leaders to craft integrated solutions in support of client's business objectives.

Delivery – Ensure delivery excellence for Health/Non-Profit client portfolio. Lead teams in defining and delivering measurement roadmaps, data visualizations media mix optimization, multi-touch attribution, digital/TV attribution, customer segmentation/modeling and AI/genAI applications.

Staff Development – Lead recruiting, staffing, training and career development planning. Cultivate learning mindset to ensure team stay up to date with industry trends and future-proof.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of relevant Analytics experience

  • 3+ years in the Health and Non-Profit space

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics or other quantitative disciplines

  • Master's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics or other quantitative disciplines (preferred)

  • Senior-most contact for analytics at client-side or marketing/advertising agencies; experience managing analytics teams and delivering for a portfolio of clients

  • Experience mentoring a staff from entry-level to senior roles

  • Experience in delivering clear, strategic presentations to C-level clients and agency executives

  • Experience guiding strategic thinking and leadership for data analytics, insights and innovation and evolving clients' measurement capabilities across various stages of data and business maturity

  • Familiarity with statistical concepts, machine learning and AI / Gen AI, with hands-on expertise in two or more of the following areas: Customer Analytics, Advanced Measurement and Attribution, ML Driven Personalization, Market Research, Media Analytics, Reporting & BI

  • Working knowledge of relational databases, machine learning/AI techniques and programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, and Python) and clean room solutions and technologies

  • Experience with data sourcing, evaluation, onboarding and integration

  • Awareness of privacy and security considerations, specifically HIPPA compliance requirements - ensuring that data handling meets legal and ethical standards to protect the agency and customers and their data

  • Understanding of Ad/MarTech landscape across all digital and non-digital channels and their advantages/limitations

You will report to a Senior Vice President.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $196,000-$316,250. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
