Job Description

Must have Skills

• Professional experience Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Demonstrated history of leadership, managing teams and projects
• Proven Stakeholder management, both internal and external
• Proven Project / Program planning experience

Good to have Skills

• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners
• Operations planning and modeling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity projects

Responsibilities

• Head an engagement with existing or new client, providing domain and technology-based solutions.
• Lead a large team, providing data-based consulting to marketing and strategic business challenges
• Responsible for Growth and P&L for the account, negotiating contracts. Responsible for onsite and offshore team performance.
• Manage Client relationship and Develop client champions.
• Develop scaled solutions for application across client organization. Infuse new age analytics, AI & ML based solutions wherever possible
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and Prepare reports on account status and present them to internal and client stakeholders
• Own, coach and develop the team, provide thought leadership and guidance to reporting outputs, coaching them on marketing and analytical frameworks
