Modelling & Simulation Engineer

Responsibilities

Work on simulation projects relating to product development and optimization

Perform CFD (Fluid flow and heat transfer), Finite element analysis, and simulations as required

Validate simulation results with experimental data

Interact with product development teams on design requirements and challenges

Discuss, propose, and present solutions to the engineering and management teams

Requirement:

Masters degree or a Phd degree in Mechanical /Aerospace engineering

At least 3 to 5 years of industrial experience preferably in Semiconductor, Aerospace, or Oil & Gas

Good understanding of Heat transfer, Fluid dynamics and Mechanical design

Minimum of 3 years experience with CFD, FEM, using Ansys/Abaqus/ Comsol or similar programs

Knowledge of automating workflows using python or matlab will be helpful

Experience related to porous flows, multiphase flows and multiphysics modeling would be advantageous

Any other experience with 1D modeling, system modelling and Digital twins would be considered favourable

Good skills in CAD [Solidwotks, Creo, Spaceclaim, Rhino 3D]

Knowledge of Computational physics, Machine learning, Additive manufacturing and coding (Python, C++ etc)
