Data Engineering and AI optimize business performance by driving key data initiatives, acting as trusted advisors and counterweights to Business/Group Heads, and being responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating data-related risks.

The role of a Senior Associate in Data Engineering & AI, you will play a key role in ensuring that data and AI initiatives are effectively integrated into business operations, contributing to strategic growth and success.

As a Senior Associate in Data Engineering & AI in Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to optimize data-driven performance. You will be instrumental in promoting key data initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to Business/Group Heads. You will play a crucial role in identifying, escalating, and mitigating data-related risks, making a significant impact on our operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop ETL using various tools like SSIS, DataBricks and Python related technologies.
  • Identify key data sources that can make business impacts.
  • Scope, prioritize and co-ordinate activities with the product owners. Partner with product teams to identify strategic solutions.
  • Design and develop datamining queries from large data sets (Both Structured and Unstructured. Experienced in conversion of data into information.
  • Scope, prioritize and co-ordinate activities with the product owners. Partner with product teams to identify strategic solutions.
  • Proficient in building AI related tools.
  • Employs scalable automation solutions for faster and robust data preparation. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

  • Self-starter, attention to details and results orientated, able to work under minimal guidance.
  • Strong proficiency of Data Engineering concepts and Business Intelligence 
  • Expert in building AI related conversation tools using LLM 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in, Data science Computer Science, or Engineering.  Different field of study, with significant professional experience in Automation and Analytics is acceptable. 
  • Experience Required: 5+ years in Data related projects and 2+ Years in AI 
  • Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for deployment is a plus
