Global Quality Data Specialist

~ Determined period contract: 2 years.

Key responsibilities

• Creates and shares (Global) Quality reports (Management Summary, Monthly Quality Report, ad-hoc if needed);
• Does Quality Data Controlling;
• Creates and maintains SharePoint sites, including automation of SharePoint lists;
• Creates and distributes controlled documents
• Defines and execute the communication process for GQM
• Offering support to the team for:
  - providing detailed Loss intelligence in Quality related losses;
  - guaranteeing Loss Prevention to the different SIG entities;
  - managing communication between Global Quality and the rest of the organization;
  - owning the quality communication program;
  - guaranteeing OTIF preparation and distribution of relevant reports to Senior Management functions.

 

You bring these skills, experience & education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 3-5 years' experience in a administrative position
• Strong skills in Excel (intermediate level minimum), PowerPoint and SAP;
• Good Sharepoint exposure (Sharepoint sites, Sharepoint Lists - including automations)
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Strong organizational and business analysis skills; detail-oriented and able to work independently and multi-task
• A flexible, passionate and positive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with multiple level of stakeholders.
