Microsoft Excel and Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for effective data analysis and presentation, utilizing Excel's functions and formulas to manipulate and extract insights from data.
  
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  
• Prepare detailed data-based reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
  
• Work closely with other departments to understand and address the company's data needs.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and the security of confidential information.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Demonstrable experience in advanced Microsoft Excel management.
  
• Strong knowledge of data management techniques and databases.
  
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-data volume work environment.
  
• Knowledge of database query tools and languages (SQL, for example) would be a plus.
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under deadlines.
