Our Managed Data, Analytics & Insights team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations harness the power of their enterprise data/analytics solutions by optimizing the technology while driving innovation to increase business outcomes and through data insights. We assist our clients in capitalizing on technology improvements, implementing new capabilities and achieving operational insights by managing, maintaining and evolving their analytics platforms and ecosystems. We help our clients maximize the value of their investment focusing on continuous improvement of their analytics solutions such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud.

Data Engineer:

  • Should have minimum 1 years of Operate/Managed Services/Production Support Experience
  • Should have extensive experience in developing scalable, repeatable, and secure data structures and pipelines to ingest, store, collect, standardize, and integrate data that for downstream consumption like Business Intelligence systems, Analytics modelling, Data scientists etc.
  • Designing and implementing data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data storage systems, such as data warehouses or data lakes.
  • Should have experience in building efficient, ETL/ELT processes using industry leading tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, SSRS, AWS, Azure, ADF, GCP, Snowflake, Spark, SQL, Python etc.
  • Should have Hands-on experience with Data analytics tools like Informatica, Collibra, Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake etc.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines and resolving issues related to data processing, transformation, or storage.
  • Implementing and maintaining data security and privacy measures, including access controls and encryption, to protect sensitive data.
  • Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
  • Scaling and optimizing schema and performance tuning SQL and ETL pipelines in data lake and data warehouse environments.
  • Should have Experience of ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Knowledge management, Release management, Data DevOps etc.
  • Should have Strong communication, problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.

Nice to have:

  • Certifications in Cloud Technology is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.

We are looking for skilled AWS and Snowflake Production Support Specialists to join our dynamic IT team. In these roles, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our AWS cloud infrastructure and Snowflake data platform. You will play a critical role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents to minimize downtime and support our business operations. 

Responsibilities: 

  • AWS Infrastructure Management: 

  • Monitor and manage AWS cloud resources such as EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases, and Lambda functions. 

  • Configure and optimize AWS services for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency. 

  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform. 

  • Snowflake Data Platform Support: 

Monitor and maintain Snowflake data warehouses and data pipelines. 

Perform performance tuning and optimization of Snowflake queries and data loading processes. 

  • Incident Management: 

Respond to alerts and incidents related to AWS and Snowflake environments. 

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with internal teams and vendors as needed. 

Implement and document resolutions and preventive measures. 

  • Backup and Disaster Recovery: 

Design and implement backup strategies for AWS resources and Snowflake data. 

Test and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. 

  • Security and Compliance: 

Implement and enforce AWS and Snowflake security best practices. 

Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. 

  • Change Management: 

Coordinate and execute changes to AWS and Snowflake configurations following change management processes. 

Manage scheduled maintenance activities, patches, and updates. 

  • Collaboration and Communication: 

Collaborate effectively with development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to support application deployments and releases. 

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors, including AWS and Snowflake support. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • Proven experience in AWS cloud infrastructure management and Snowflake data platform administration. 

  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and Snowflake features (warehouses, data loading, security). 

  • Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools. 

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and SQL querying. 

  • Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. 

  • Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
