  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams, including CSM and TechOps, to align data solutions with business needs and ensure smooth, integrated processes across departments.
  • Operational Tools Development: Contribute to the creation and optimization of tools that support logistics and third-party partnerships, learning how data engineering enhances operational workflows.
  • Problem-Solving in Real-Time: Tackle real-world challenges by developing solutions that directly impact the company, building practical problem-solving skills essential for a career in data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Process Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to efforts in solving real-world operational challenges by assisting with process improvements that positively impact the company from day one.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various teams within the company to help identify and address technical and operational issues, gaining insights into cross-functional teamwork.
  • Assist in Tool and Application Development: Participate in building and enhancing small applications or tools that connect to live data and integrate with other internal software, learning the basics of development and data connectivity.
  • Enhance 3PL Collaboration: Support efforts to improve coordination with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners, such as warehouses and logistics providers, fostering better operational workflows.
  • Contribute to Operational Feature Support: Help in setting up tools and processes to support the roll-out of new operational features, gaining practical experience in implementing technical solutions.
