YOUR MISSION

 

Join us as a Partners Strategy Data Analyst and become a key member of Glovo's regional Partners team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

Partners are key for Glovo’s marketplace. We are looking for a Data Analyst who has data-driven objectivity while thinking outside of the box, in such a way that they carry out projects that seem impossible until they come true.

THE JOURNEY

  • Provide analytical support to the team of 7 countries, regional and local teams throughout deeper understanding of Glovo's Partners behaviour
  • Work hand in hand with each local Ads team in our local markets to achieve our Partner revenue targets, enhancing advertiser adoption and retention. 
  • Establish and measure adequate KPIs to assess local performance and determine the effectiveness of the implemented initiatives
  • Look for opportunities to enhance the ads campaigns performance through data analysis and market trends monitoring.
  • Provide analytical support to local teams on challenges with performance and offer creative, high-impact solutions to tackle them
  • Provide guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data in support of critical business needs and goals
  • Own the reporting structure for the commercial team, ensuring our team is both data driven and aligned.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor in Engineering, Maths or any technological domain
  • +2 years of experience working with data
  • Capacity to leverage data insights to drive business decisions, optimize operations, and enhance business performance 
  • Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause, proficiency in digital ad metrics and data-driven decision making is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
  • Excel proficiency & in depth knowledge in SQL. Some experience in Python and JavaScripts is a plus
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies (e.g., descriptive statistics and graphs).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
  • You are independent in solving problems within your capabilities and proactive in asking for support when the task is beyond your expertise.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
