As an Intelligent Automation  - Associate   in our MIS and Platforms team , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Process Automation using automation tools, workflow systems , AI/ML and other technologies
  • Analyze business process, Identify Process Automation opportunities and recommend technical approach.
  • Identify key data sources that can make business impacts. 
  • Scope, prioritize and co-ordinate activities with the product owners. Partner with product teams to identify strategic solutions.
  • Design and develop datamining  queries from large data sets (Both Structured and Unstructured) .
  • Proficient in Visualization .
  • Employs scalable automation solutions  for faster and robust  data preparation 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience Required: 5+ years in Data related projects and 3+ years in Automation
  • Self-starter, attention to details and results orientated, able to work under minimal guidance.
  • Strong proficiency of Intelligent Process Automation concepts and Business Intelligence 
  • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
  • Exposure to workflow tools like Unqork ,Pega etc and experience dealing with large structured and unstructured data with Automation tools like UI Patch,Alteryx 
  • Experience in  model development using Machine Learning techniques [Data Analysis /Model Tuning/OCR Document process] and LLM is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in, Data science Computer Science, or Engineering.  Different field of study, with significant professional experience in Automation and Analytics is acceptable. 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Exposure to ETL tools like SSIS is a plus
  • Preferred data querying  skills on  SQL (Snowflake, Databricks,S3 ) and , Python 
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for deployment is a plus
