Role Purpose

The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and data analysis, with at least two years of relevant work experience. This role requires a keen analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

 

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Mid-level analyst to join the team. The Finance and Data Analyst needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within financial and data analysis.

 

 

Main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare or update financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to project future financial performance and assess potential business opportunities.
  • Market Research: Perform market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and support go to market strategies with the business development team.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to support various business initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Focus on process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assess opportunities to use AI against existing processes to drive innovation and optimization.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Statistics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for New York City Metro Area is $65,000 to $90,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, qualifications, skills, location and applicable employment laws.
