WWC Global is a federally-focused, woman-owned management serving the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State, and USAID, U.S. Agency for International Development.CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an early-career Data Quality Assurance Technician to support a team performing work for the Naval Safety Command in the Norfolk area. The technician will validate and enter data in injury data tracking systems or databases, to include, but not limited to, the Risk Management Information - Streamlined Incident Reporting (RMI-SIR) system. The technician will provide the client with detailed examination and quality control of Fleet injury data into the necessary systems and will provide technical assistance to internal and external customers. In addition to systems support, the technician may support the retrieval of statistics, make recommendations to improve procedures and policies, as well as provide general data management deliverables that optimize the command's ability to generate quality safety information.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Validating and entering data into the injury data tracking systems or databases, to include, but not limited to, the Risk Management Information - Streamlined Incident Reporting (RMI-SIR) system.
- Providing the client with detailed examination and quality control of Fleet injury data into the necessary systems.
- Providing technical assistance to internal and external customers.
- Supporting the retrieval of statistics, make recommendations to improve procedures and policies, as well as provide general data management deliverables that optimize the command's ability to generate quality safety information.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
- 0-10% / Minimal travel.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree //OR// 2 years of relevant experience.
- Current, active Secret Security Clearance.
- Minimum 1 year experience with data entry and data analysis.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Organized self-starter.
- Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least one year's experience with a Military Department or Agency/Activity of the Department of Defense.
- Experience in creating data driven dashboard or summary charts.
