Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility is to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to address business queries and tackle problems.  

Role responsibilities:

•    Data Collection and Processing: Gather data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, etc.), clean and validate it to ensure accuracy, and prepare it for analysis. 
•    Data Analysis: Employ statistical and analytical methods to scrutinize data sets. Identify significant trends, patterns, and relationships that can inform business strategies. 
•    Reporting and Visualization: Create clear and concise reports and visualizations that summarize findings and communicate insights to stakeholders. 
•    Collaboration: Engage closely with various departments such as marketing, finance, and operations. Understand their specific data needs and deliver relevant and impactful analyses that support departmental and organizational goals. 

Role requirements:

•    Fluency with digital measurement tools (Adobe/Google Analytics). 
•    Experience in Agile Ways of Working. 
•    Excellent command of English. 
•    IT background necessary to quickly triage problems and propose solutions. 
•    Understanding of product-specific business processes to cooperate with business stakeholders. 
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economy, Computer Science/Computer Systems, Business Analysis, or Social Science. 
•    Knowledge or experience of Laboratory processes and/or applications and Quality processes and/or applications are strongly preferred.
•    Strong communication skills to work in a complex global application environment.
