Job Description

At the Bosch Sensortec headquarters, our team is driving the development of leading edge Mixed-Signal ICs, which enable new features for our customers. To strengthen the team, we are seeking an experienced data scientist. As such, you are responsible for designing and automating test/simulation data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in computer science and data modelling.
 

  • Develop methods to standardize and efficiently integrate data from various sources
  • Implement machine learning algorithms to identify patterns and anomalies in IC performance
  • Create a standardized framework for characterization reports based on collected data
  • Continuously improve existing data analysis and automation methods
  • Work closely with analog designers, digital designers, verification engineers, and test engineers to understand their needs and align data solutions accordingly

Qualifications

  • Personality: High level of enthusiasm, creativity and willingness to work in international and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Working Practice: Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience: Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or big-data analysis; Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or MATLAB for data analysis; Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire; Knowledge of IC design, semiconductor physics, and testing methodologies
  • Languages: Proficient English and advanced German language skills
  • Education: A Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related field or comparable qualification
