Job Title: Software Engineer- Chatbot Developer 
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Business & Team: CTO - EUX

Roles & responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow and Microsoft Developer (Software Engineer) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing chatbot solutions using Azure, ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in these platforms and a passion for innovation. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and develop software solutions using ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams platforms following an Agile methodology. 
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets the project requirements. 
  • Participate in code review and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. 
  • Continuously improve the quality and performance of the software. 
  • Oversee the troubleshooting and debugging of issues in a timely manner. 
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams development. 
  • Ensure the software meets the project requirements, specifications, and timelines. 
  • Participate in testing and deployment of the software. 
  • Configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams platforms to meet business needs. 

Essential skills:

  • 5+ Years of experience of experience in relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of self-service and chatbot technology and related tools and platforms, including certification in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, and Generative AI. 
  • Deep experience with Azure Bot Framework, including Bot Framework SDK, Bot Framework Composer, and Azure Cognitive Services. 
  • Highly proficient in both C# (.NET 8) and Python. 
  • Extensive experience in developing Gen-AI driven chatbots using Azure solutions, including Azure Bot Services and Bot Framework or equivalence on AWS. 
  • Proficient in the development of voice-based chatbots and IVR solutions. 
  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform, aligned with IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL processes, specifically for service operations workspace and knowledge management. 
  • Customise ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and roles/access to align with business requirements. 
  • Highly proficient in state-of-the-art RAG techniques (including Graph-RAG) and leveraging local LLMs, HuggingFace, LangChain, LLamaIndex, and multi-modal LLMs. 
  • Experience in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Cosmo DB.  
  • Experience in GraphAPI, M365, and ServiceNow integrations. 
  • Background in deep learning, PyTorch, and MLOps
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and exposure to test automation. 


Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
