THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT: 

Our RUN QA department, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around twenty experts in charge of testing assurance by monitoring all ongoing projects working with project managers to ensure test plans, test scripts and other testing-related documents are agreed to ensure that processes deliver the benefits planned by the business.

ROLE:

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Data Analyst for the Run team. You will be reporting to the QA Manager. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data that identifies trends and provides leadership with valuable information that they can use to make decisions and improve processes. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Build and maintain the RUN & QA dashboards and KPIs to increase transparency, predictability and performance that allows agility in our decision-making process 
• Identify, gather, analyze data, and provide insights to the management team through easy-to-understand graphs, charts, tables, and reports. 
• Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns 
• Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures that uses data to predict trends 
• Performing statistical analysis of data using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs 
• Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients 
• Identifying and recommending new ways to present data to improve business processes 
• Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data 
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

• Maximum 2 years of experience in data mining, pattern and trend identification processes. 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet functions. 
• Ability to clean data and prepared based on the needs of the RUN team 
• Problem solver and able to create Dashboards and/or Reports

Soft Skills :

• BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent. Procurement domain will be an added advantage. 
• Manage client relationships, self-driven, results oriented, strong leadership, exceptional communication skills and critical thinker with attention to detail
