We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years, we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!
We have scaled to 50 million+ monthly page views, 8 million+ registrations, over 22 million listed products, and 22000+ active designers.
Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.
Why we need you:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and driving impactful decisions across the organization. As a key partner to the product team, you will be at the forefront of developing the product analytics function, helping us to establish metrics, concepts, and a clear analytics strategy to guide product innovation. You’ll be able to craft a robust analytics foundation, introducing self-serve capabilities and the tools necessary to empower data-driven decision-making at all levels.

Here is what you will be doing:
- Partner with the product team to develop innovative features and strategies, leveraging data and insights to guide and shape product decisions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis on large datasets to uncover actionable insights into user behavior and product usage, directly influencing product decisions.
- Help establish the product analytics discipline, including frameworks, best practices, ways of working, and tooling.
- Establish self-service analytics infrastructure, create intuitive dashboards, and build clean, user-friendly data models that support effective decision-making.
- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests to enhance customer journeys and improve overall product experience.
- Build data models in DBT alongside Analytics Engineers to create the cleanest data models and metrics.
You need these qualifications:
- Proven experience in Product Analytics, with a track record of influencing decision-making in Product-led growth motions.
- Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analysis, and experience in defining KPIs and success metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in statistical methods, A/B testing, and experimentation.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets; experience and willingness to work with data transformation tools like DBT is a major plus.
- Expertise in creating user-friendly dashboards and visualizations, and in setting up self-serve product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
And these soft skills:
- A proactive approach to identifying issues, asking insightful questions, and suggesting actionable solutions.
- Strong communication skills to work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, translating data insights into clear recommendations.
- Eagerness to stay updated with new analytics methods, tools, and best practices; a curiosity-driven approach to data.
It would be nice if:
- You have experience working with B2B/B2C products, particularly SaaS and global marketplaces/e-commerce.
- You have experience in Python and machine learning.
