6-month internship, starting in February 2022
This is an opportunity for high-performance individuals who want to understand the whole picture of how digital and data-driven transformation affects businesses and shapes organizations. 
You will join the core program team in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), driving the Data-Driven Organisation (DDO) initiative as part of a group of highly diversified and collaborative people who regularly connect and work with business leaders on a variety of topics around becoming data-driven, applying generalist problem-solving skills to strategic questions.

CONTEXT

This is an opportunity for high-performance individuals who want to understand the whole picture of how
digital and data-driven transformation affects businesses and shapes organizations.
In your position, you’ll join the core program team in Betzdorf/Luxembourg driving the Data Driven Organisation (DDO) initiative as part of a group of highly diversified and collaborative people who regularly connect and work with business leaders on a variety of topics around becoming data-driven, applying generalist problem-solving skills to strategic questions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

• Supporting the Engineering & Operations Programme Office activities by developing, managing, and maintaining dashboards
• Researching new solutions and helping to develop the thought leadership of the team by maintaining the key trends, technologies and developments
• Coordinating parts of the daily business and being the contact person for (internal and external) stakeholders
• Supporting change management activities of different kinds, such as through content creation
• Gathering and analyzing information, formulating challenging ideas, and developing and communicating recommendations
• Experience the end-to-end data pipeline. From identifying and integrating new data sources, through modelling and transformation to exploitation. Whether that be a business intelligence dashboard, data science research project or predictive model
• Hands-on activities on topics like Data Quality and Business Intelligence
• Engage in bottom-up projects and support in project delivery and operational activities
• Help coordinating company-wide AI roadmap and support implementation of key AI initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

• Current student in Business, Finance/Economics, Information Technology or in a relevant area
• Have 0-1 year of experience working (preferred but not a show-stopper):
◦ with a leading consulting firm (focused on data & analytics)
◦ in a corporate role focused on data & analytics (e.g., business analyst)
◦ in a tech start-up firm or in a data-driven product company
• Have a good academic track record from an international university
• Willingness to quickly learn the new applications and tools like Power BI, Data discovery tools and
others
• Have great verbal and written communication skills in English
• High interpersonal skills are an asset
• Knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications and tools
• First touchpoints with various technologies around data management, analytics, or AI preferred
• Full-time availability for 3-6 months
• EU-citizen or work permit for Luxembourg
