We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Contract and Asset Data Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting the digital transformation of our company by preparing and cleaning databases for migration to a new ERP. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract and asset data management, database structures, and data governance. A high level of English proficiency (C1 minimum) is required.

  • Assess contract master data and asset master data.
  • Prepare and clean databases for migration.
  • Create a data migration plan and identify missing data in collaboration with the data manager and the Source-to-Pay lead.
  • Manage data quality during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (migration, issue resolution, escalation).
  • Establish data governance practices, including categorization and data set maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical teams and other support functions.

Requirements

  • Procurement Specialist with strong IT proficiency or Procurement Data Analyst.
  • Expertise in data cleaning and preparation.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1 minimum); French or German is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Coupa and Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
