We are seeking a Funds Data Specialist to join our Data Operations Funds team in Paris for a 6 months fixed term contract. In this role, you will manage operational projects, collaborate across departments, and ensure data consistency while providing top-notch customer support. We value a good team player who is rigorous and can work independently.

What You Will Do

• Manage operational projects from design to implementation, including data automation and process optimisation
• Collaborate with IT, Business Analysts, and Data Quality Control teams in cross-functional projects
• Ensure data consistency through second-level control checks
• Provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively
• Monitor and guarantee the implementation of standard procedures

What You Bring

• Previous experience with Agile project management methodology and SQL language
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence tools for project tracking and collaboration
• Strong knowledge of French and European fund regulations
• Understanding of the fund ecosystem, including market players, data distribution systems, and back/front office concepts
• Fluency in both French and English languajes
