Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Consultant with full-stack web scraping and automation expertise to join our team. This is a senior-level, client-facing role that requires mastery of both front-end and back-end development for advanced web scraping and RPA projects, specifically focused on healthcare claims data. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Python, JavaScript, C#, Kubernetes, and RPA platforms, along with a track record of successfully translating business needs into technical solutions. Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with regulatory compliance and secure data handling, is highly preferred. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who combines technical acumen with strong client communication skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End RPA Development and Automation: Architect, design, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions leveraging Python, JavaScript, C#, and Kubernetes to automate healthcare claims data extraction and processing. Drive both front-end and back-end development, ensuring the seamless integration of RPA tools into web scraping workflows.
• Comprehensive Code Auditing and Optimization: Conduct in-depth audits of existing web scraping scripts, focusing on improving efficiency, security, and scalability. Assess and refactor code in Python and JavaScript, identifying areas of technical debt, potential security vulnerabilities, and optimization opportunities. Ensure all code meets modern standards for performance and compliance.
• Reverse Engineering and Legacy System Integration: Utilize advanced skills in JavaScript and Python to reverse engineer legacy codebases, extracting critical functionality for integration into updated RPA solutions. Apply insights from legacy systems to create more adaptable and robust automation processes.
• Data Analysis and Validation: Lead rigorous data analysis and validation procedures, verifying the accuracy and integrity of extracted data, especially when dealing with healthcare claims. Collaborate closely with clients to ensure data outputs meet stringent accuracy standards and regulatory requirements.
• Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, guiding them through the project lifecycle. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, progress, and expectations. Conduct regular project updates, address client concerns, and adjust technical approaches as needed to maximize client satisfaction.
• Technical Leadership and Team Mentorship: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, fostering skill development within the team. Champion best practices in coding, project management, and problem-solving, creating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Compliance and Security Standards Enforcement: Ensure all RPA and web scraping activities are conducted in line with relevant compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), with particular attention to healthcare data privacy and security. Implement best practices in data protection, secure coding, and regular compliance checks.
• Documentation and Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain detailed documentation of technical processes, audit findings, optimization strategies, and integration points. Partner with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives, providing transparency into project decisions and offering strategic recommendations for ongoing improvements.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree or advanced certifications in RPA, data science, or cybersecurity are a plus.
• Technical Experience:
• 7+ years in RPA development and web scraping, with hands-on experience across full-stack development for automation and data extraction tasks.
• Python Expertise: Proficient in Python for both web scraping and data manipulation, with extensive experience in libraries like BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or Selenium.
• JavaScript Mastery: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript for front-end auditing, reverse engineering, and code optimization.
• C#/.NET: Strong background in C# and the .NET framework for back-end integration and process automation.
• Kubernetes: Hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes, with an emphasis on containerized environments for scalable RPA solutions.
• RPA Platforms: In-depth experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, especially for healthcare claims data automation.
• Web Technologies: Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integration for seamless front-end and back-end data extraction.
• Healthcare Compliance and Data Security: Prior experience with healthcare industry standards, particularly in handling and securing claims data, is highly preferred. Familiarity with compliance standards like HIPAA and GDPR is essential.

Additional Requirements

• Web Scraping Frameworks: Proficiency in web scraping frameworks like Selenium, Scrapy, and BeautifulSoup, with expertise in managing and processing large datasets (JSON/XML).
• Code Quality and Version Control: Strong commitment to high-quality, maintainable code, with experience in Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, particularly when working with legacy codebases or troubleshooting complex issues.
• Client Engagement: Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, adapting technical language to meet the client's needs and ensuring full understanding of project requirements.
• Project Management and Agile Methodologies: Experience managing projects in Agile or Six Sigma frameworks, with certifications such as Agile or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
