We're looking for a Analytics Product Strategist (also known as Forward Deployed Engineer) to join our team and help us to build the bridge between business and engineering. If you enjoy a combination of business interaction, hands-on technical work, and product management in a global environment, this might be the perfect role for you! You'll get to participate in a variety of interesting initiatives, playing a crucial role in translating business needs into actionable insights, developing analytics and AI products. For example, you will:

 

 In your role you will contribute to Swiss Re's healthy and transparent risk culture where everyone engages in continuous risk accountability activities.

 

Key responsibilities: 

• Design and build robust and scalable data-driven applications.
• Manage the data product journey, from conception to deployment to operation.
• Build user-centric data applications that align with business & technological requirements, emphasizing user experience & data storytelling.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure successful delivery

About you

 

To be successful in the role, you have:

• 2+ years of work experience   in data and technology
• Experience in building data-driven applications with a user-focused mindset and storytelling with data
• Design, implement and maintain robust data pipelines
• Proficiency in modern coding languages, such as Python or TypeScript
• Good communication in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear way for non-technical audiences 

 

If you also have the following experience and interests, it is a huge plus:

• Knowledge of Palantir Foundry or Microsoft Power BI
• Project management abilities within agile frameworks
• Experience with Machine Learning or Generative AI

 

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 3,700] and [EUR 6,100] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.

 

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
