About The Role

We are looking for a motivated team player who will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Client Management System (CMS) to ensure it meets the needs of the organisation. This role involves obtaining business requirements from stakeholders, reviewing, and analysing existing implementations, and designing and implementing data collection screens within the CMS.

This is a permanent full-time position based out of either THQ Redfern, NSW or THQ Blackburn; VIC. Location is flexible for the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration of Client Information System for effectiveness

  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders from other departments to obtain system requirements.

  • Analyse system requirements and manage configuration in line with stakeholder requirements.

  • Develop solutions through experience with languages including Javascript, SQL, HTML, CSS, etc.

  • Contribute to a knowledge base for future administration, support reference purposes and documentation of system configuration and reports used.

  • Maintain awareness of the latest features and updates to the CMS and implement them as necessary.

  • Assist with operational projects as directed by the Systems Administration Team Leader that assist in ensuring consistent and accurate practice for data collection and reporting within the CMS and related data and Client Information systems.

About You:

  • Tertiary level qualification in relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant experience.

  • Proven experience with the development, configuration, and support of Web applications such as Client Management Systems

  • Experience with CMS software and database knowledge and experience,

  • Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages. 

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Knowledge of relational databases and CRM’s
