Main Purpose:

The HR Data Analyst will jointly work with HR Program Manager to engage in environmental data reporting for annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc organizational reporting. They need to ensure high quality and excellence in both internal and external environmental reporting. Also, will need to communicate with team members across downstream partners, affiliates, group companies and supply chain to collect information. Provide quarterly and annual environmental performance report

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

5-7 years’ experience in a role that required a high degree of analysis and reporting of complex data sets, summarising large data sets and preparing presentations on the data for senior management
• 4-5 years of experience in Advanced Excel, SQL and VBA Macros
• Solid attention to detail, analytical competence, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic and self-directed
• Ability to understand business scenarios and model it for budget, forecast, and other ad-hoc analysis
• MBA or equivalent post graduate degree
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources, Sustainability metrics and database structures


Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver best in class data / reports aligned with ESRS methodology, internal service level agreements, and regulatory requirements
• Work on ESG mandates including but not limited to: Materiality Assessment, GAP Analysis, Implementation Plan, Monitoring and Dashboarding, Statutory Reporting, ESG Reports
• Resolve any customer queries and ensure agreed SLAs are met. Work with internal partners for any exception handling
• Perform regular audits to ensure data and system integrity. Audit HR data, validate calculations, fix irregularities & support data governance process
• Complete monthly, quarterly and adhoc HR reporting and data analysis. Respond to data requests from HR and other functions
• Development & maintenance of a data dictionary & standard mapping
• Continually research, test and stay up to date on all system updates and fixes
• Produce and deliver standard and customized reports, dashboards and ad-hoc requests based on business need
• Assist with continual process improvements by researching methods to continue to automate and streamline processes
• Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related activities in a timely fashion while consistently maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Uses available tools and resource materials to provide information and resolve issues and requests. Learns and applies standard procedures and knowledge to develop solutions within established guidelines related to HR functions.
• Stay aware of global ESG trends, regulations, and standard methodologies
