What you can expect
- As a Machine Learning Student, you will be part of passionate and innovative team working on various cutting-edge projects in the automotive safety industry where you will have the chance to get in touch with technologies responsible for vehicle interior monitoring.
- Understand specific use cases, ensure data collection, set up and elaborate data, and handle edge-cases.
- You assist in defining architecture, design, test strategies, and pipelines under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- You will participate in software development and ongoing enhancements in an Agile environment.
- You will learn to build and enhance machine learning models for diverse automotive applications.
- You will gain experience in taking initiative and work both independently and collaboratively.
What you'll bring
- Good knowledge of programming in Python.
- Proven minimum experience with machine learning, image processing techniques, and computer vision is desired. If you can share your work or extracts of your work, it will be highly appreciated.
- Minimum experience with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) like Visual Studio.
- Familiarity with versioning systems (e.g., GIT).
- A willingness to learn software development best practices and clean code principles.
- It would be considered a plus being enrolled in a terminal year of a Computer Science bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a master's program related to Computer Vision / Computer Science (Machine Learning specific curricula would be desired)
- Proven interest in relational/non-relational databases will be considered an advantage
