T&T Specialist AI and Automation

Your role & responsibilities:

Duties:

• Design and develop high & low level solution architecture for AI and automation projects
• Manage multidisciplinary, global projects for implementing new technologies
• Provide technical leadership and strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI methods and develop, train, and evaluate AI models
• Collaborate with business departments to improve productivity through automation strategies
• Review and validate solution designs, identifying quality issues in processes
• Document and share best practices, including transition documentation and knowledge transfer
• Collect and analyze stakeholder requirements to create optimal automation strategies
• Report to organizational committees and manage project teams and service-providing units
• Manage technical change processes

Typical Tasks:

• Develop and oversee implementation strategy for solution portfolio and related architecture
• Design solutions for new use cases and demands
• Ensure successful project delivery from initiation to deployment, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate all aspects of architecture, engineering, development, testing, and deployment
• Plan and integrate resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes
• Manage process/service changes, maintenance, and upgrades
• Collaborate with other departments and business stakeholders
• Ensure changes meet agreed expectations of business, customers, and users 

Your skills & strengths:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate IT, process automation, AI, or similar fields
• Strong architectural knowledge of technologies used in Low Code No Code (Power Platform), RPA, Data Science, and AI areas, including:
  Conversational AI; Machine Learning; Data and Process Mining; Data Analytics; Natural Language Processing
• Ability to combine solutions for hyperautomation
• Good understanding of IT workplace processes, applications, and technologies
• Experience with cloud-based technologies
• Project Management and Analytical Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or digital transformation projects
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a global environment
• Very good business English skills, both written and verbal

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, R for AI Model Development: Languages critical for AI and automation tasks, focusing on Python and R, which are widely used in the field.
• Experience with AI Tools and Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc., for developing, training, testing, and evaluating AI models.
• Database Technologies Relevant to AI: Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, as well as cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery).
• Cloud Services and DevOps Practices: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, specifically for deploying and scaling AI models and automation frameworks.
• RPA Tool Proficiency: Knowledge in tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere for automating business processes.
• Low-Code/No-Code Expertise: Specific knowledge of platforms like Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• AI Model Deployment and Monitoring: Tools like MLflow, TensorFlow Serving, Docker, and Kubernetes for deploying and managing AI models.
• Security in AI and Automation: Focus on data privacy, ethical AI considerations, and compliance with regulations.
• Advanced Analytical Tools: Experience with platforms such as SAS, Tableau for data analytics and visualization.
