At PwC, our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.

Those in data, analytics and technology solutions at PwC will assist clients in developing solutions that help build trust, drive improvement, and detect, monitor, and predict risk. Your work will involve using advanced analytics, data wrangling technology, and automation tools to leverage data and focus on establishing the right processes and structures to enable our clients to make efficient and effective decisions based on accurate information that is complete and trustworthy.

Minimum years experience required

BCA/MCA/ B.tech / M.tech or equivalent 

Certification in Data Analytics / Data Science 

1+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Consulting and/ or Data Migration/Data Transformation 

Hands-on experience with MS-SQL/Python/SAS/Alteryx/ACL or other structured query language. 
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success leveraging data manipulation and analysis technologies inclusive of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, Oracle, or DB2. • Demonstrates thorough knowledge.

Good to have :

Experience in a similar role in their current 
profile. Good accounting knowledge and 
• Experience in dealing with financial data is a plus. 
Knowledge of Databricks/Knime/ Cobol/C#/Shell/PERL/ SAP ABAP scripts is a 
plus 

Functional Skills: 
• Hands on experience with Data management as per business requirements for Analytics or audit analytics. Experience in dealing with financial data, journal entry testing, performing data analytics for business processes. • Experience in performing data transformation (ETL), data quality checks and data blending. 
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of performing on project teams and providing deliverables • Involving multiphase data analysis related to the evaluation of compliance, finance, and risk issues. • Good communication skill with the ability to communicate both verbally and written.

Demonstrate knowledge in Excel and its functionality.
