What you’ll do & Who you arePosition Summary:The CRM Analyst plays a critical role in supporting our data-driven decision-making by ensuring the functionality and integrity of CRM tracking, managing extensive dashboard systems, and providing insightful analysis. This position serves as the vital bridge between CRM and Analytics teams, coordinating closely to streamline data flow and enhance reporting accuracy. With responsibilities ranging from executing and analyzing A/B tests to managing over 30 dashboards and supporting strategic planning cycles, this role is essential in maintaining the organization’s analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:CRM Tracking and Data Management
- Oversee the functionality and accuracy of CRM data tracking to ensure reliable data collection for all campaigns and customer interactions.
- Regularly update tracking methods, including UTM parameters and other tracking conventions, to align with evolving campaign needs and analytics requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to troubleshoot tracking issues and resolve data inconsistencies.
Dashboard Management and KPI Monitoring
- Design, update, and maintain over 30 dashboards to provide accurate, up-to-date insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure that dashboards are adaptable to shifts in business priorities, campaign performance metrics, and strategic KPI changes.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to refine and adapt dashboards for optimal performance and clarity.
A/B Testing and Ad-hoc Analysis
- Conduct A/B test analyses to assess campaign and product performance, delivering insights that support data-driven decision-making for over 100 annual tests.
- Provide timely ad-hoc analyses upon request, utilizing BigQuery, GA4, and other relevant tools to support immediate business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate test results into actionable insights, ensuring swift adaptation and optimization of marketing strategies.
Data Preparation for Planning Cycles
- Prepare, validate, and verify CRM data for integration into broader planning cycles and strategic forecasting efforts.
- Ensure the accuracy of CRM data inputs for annual and quarterly planning, contributing to seamless forecasting and budgetary assessments.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Liaison
- Act as the primary liaison between the CRM and Analytics teams to streamline communication, resolve key data challenges, and maintain consistent reporting standards.
- Work with stakeholders to address and resolve data issues promptly, enhancing the overall reliability of CRM reporting and analytics.
Data Consistency and Issue Resolution
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve inconsistencies in CRM data to maintain high standards of data accuracy and reliability.
- Implement best practices for data management and quality control, proactively addressing any data discrepancies as they arise.
Attention to Detail: Ensures precision in data tracking, dashboard updates, and test analysis, minimizing errors and maximizing data quality.
Analytical Thinking: Uses a data-driven approach to analyze and resolve complex data challenges, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in the Analytics and Marketing departments, to align on data needs and tracking requirements.
