About Organization

We are looking for new colleagues in the Transmission Planning Section, Transmission Department, Solution & Operations Operations Division, which plays an important role in supporting Rakuten Mobile's growth.

Join us and take on the challenge of providing a better telecommunications environment through the design, procurement, and budget management of transmission lines for cell phone base stations nationwide.

You will support the financial health of the company and contribute to management decision-making by performing tasks ranging from budget formulation for the Transmission Department to forecast and actual management and fixed asset management. In addition, through collaboration with outsourcing companies and external partners, we ensure the smooth progress of projects.

Job Duties

・Payment of invoices
・Monthly budget/actual management
・Budget review in accordance with changes in company policy
・Fixed asset accounting/disposal
・Order placement and acceptance inspection for outsourcing companies
・General affairs of the Transmission Department

Minimum Qualifications

・Those who can promote work flexibly
・Those with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
・Those with excellent communication skills
・Those who are good at working collaboratively in a team
・Able to use Excel (functions/macros are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

・Experience in corporate budget management, billing and payment operations.
・Experience in fixed asset registration and retirement.
・Proactive in new business.
・Experience in general affairs, general affairs

English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate), Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
