In order to support the Digital Data Management & Analytics Team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Working Student (d/f/m) - Data Management and Analytics Portfolio Management

As a working student (d/f/m) you will be part of the international Digital Data Management and Analytics team. We deliver data management (E.g. Data Fabric, Data Quality, Data Integration) and analytics (E.g. Dashboarding, AI, ML) solutions mainly to our internal business stakeholders. This is key to enable efficient business delivery across Airbus Defence and Space.

Definition working student

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support the team to manage the portfolio of data management, analytics and AI related projects across the various business units and functions and gain insights in dealing with a variety of stakeholder groups.

• Support our data and analytics portfolio manager in preparing the performance dialog, e.g. by creating finance reports, resource demands, product/project maturity reports, and gain practical insights in business unit management.

• Support project teams preparing project steering committees and gain practical insights in project management and digital products that we develop.

• Actively drive the implementation and adoption of the new data related process adaptations.

• Create team communication: Google Site, process documentation, etc..

 Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent field of study.

• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace are required, know-how in programming (Google App Script / JavaScript, Python, SQL), Jira / Confluence / data analytic tools (e.g. Qlik) would be a plus.

• A proactive and engaging personality and autonomous problem solving is desirable.

• Fluent in English is required, French / German / Spanish is a plus.
