INTERNSHIP - DATA Ops
Luxembourg (Siège Lux House)
As part of the strengthening of its DATA ops department, ING Luxembourg is looking for a trainee / alternat(e) from January 2025 for a minimum period of 6 months.
Within the Data Management department, the Data Operations service is responsible for updating the administrative data of individual and corporate customers.
Your tasks:
- Ensure that the customer's KYC and identification data meet the requirements of current regulatory standards, in order to guarantee good Data Quality from the moment the customer enters into a relationship until the account is closed.
- Be familiar with the bank's KYC documents and tools
- Provide cross-functional operational support to the PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines.
- Participate in improving procedures in line with Group regulations
- Participate in the development of new tools to better cover the Bank's risks.
Your profile:
Education :
- Baccalaureate+3 or higher in Banking/Finance/Economics/Law.
- Experience in financial services is a plus
Languages :
- English and French are essential, any other language would be an advantage

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- High degree of flexibility and multitasking
