JOB DESCRIPTION:

Would you like to work within the grocery and convenience retail business? In this role, you will work closely with one of the largest retailers in Denmark to help them to make better decisions based on insights and NielsenIQ data.

 

KEY RESPOBSIBILITIES:

· Building a strong partnership with the client and delight the client by delivering analytical insights, presentations and thought leadership in line with commitments.

· Contributing to client retention by sharing data insights, supporting the client needs within data driven decisions to support their business.

· Analyzing information and contributing to presentations with other team members. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

· Making best in class insights and presentations for category managers, C-level, consumer insights, and other senior stakeholders etc.

· Taking lead on the account. Set the strategy for the account and secure executing.

· Building and maintaining yearly joint business plans in close cooperation with the client and secure we reach our financial targets and KPI’s like client satisfaction.

· Working with NielsenIQ’s tools and systems like Discover, MS Dynamics, and MS Office.

· Mentoring and guiding junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

· Being onsite with clients (frequency will be decided based on clients’ portfolio, approximately 1-2 day per week)

 

WHAT IS THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?

· Analytical mindset and approach

· Ability to draw conclusions from a lot of data, which are to the point and visualized in a simplified way

· Focused on details and analysis method

· A good listener when it comes to the client-facing part, excellent presentation and communication skills

· Highly driven and likes to have a variety of tasks and is adaptable to change

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 2-4 years of previous working/or internship experience within the Retail or FMCG industry

· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and/or sales experience in a client-facing role, preferably from the market research industry or from FMCG clients or retailers.

· Good numerical confidence and ability to translate numbers into insights and recommendations.

· Strong presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently when onsite at the client and as a part of a young but ambitious team

· Ability to build trust and engage with the client. Strong networking skills and ready to build new relationships with clients

· An engaged and ambitious mindset, not afraid of challenging the status quo.

· Fluent in Danish and English.
