About us

About the role

As a Reporting Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing complex reports to different stakeholders, assuring they are compliant with local regulations. You will work closely with different teams, such as Finance, Data Engineering, Tax, and Controlling in order to understand the requirements and gather all the data needed to fulfill our reporting needs. You’ll also make sure all these reports are well-documented and up-to-date should any changes be needed.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain compliance reports for different periods such as monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Maintain and update data models where data is not being reported within standards.
  • Identify and propose solutions to existing problems where data quality could be improved.
  • Develop reporting standards. You will have the opportunity to establish a reporting framework that works for the long term.
  • Expose reports in our BI tool, available and ready to use for all our stakeholders.
  • Be the main POC for all things related to compliance reporting. You will be responsible for answering any follow-up questions from both authorities and internal stakeholders.

About you:

  • You have at least 2-4 years of experience dealing with large volumes of data.
  • You have prior experience working in financial, banking or accounting data and/or experience building compliance-related reporting.
  • You are captivated by the idea of matching data to the cent. We don’t do estimations here, we need numbers to match all the time.
  • Ability to proactively communicate with stakeholders, gather requirements from various sources and transform them into actionable items.
  • You have intermediate SQL skills. Experience with the dbt framework and tooling is a plus.
  • You have hands-on experience with data visualisation and at least one of BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
