About the role: Evangelize and demonstrate value and impact of analytics for informed business decision making by developing and deploying analytical solutions and providing data driveninsights to business stakeholders to understand and solve for various lending business nuances.
Expectations/ Requirements:1. Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.2. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.3. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.4. Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract valuable insights and predict future outcomes.5. Collaborate with product and business teams to understand business requirements andtranslate them into analytical solutions.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master degree preferred.2. Proficiency in SQL and Big Query for data extraction and manipulation.3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.4. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.6. Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and data integrity.
