Senior Software Engineer - Python/AIML

Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn to solve complex business problems.

Preprocess and transform raw data into structured formats, ensuring quality input for effective machine learning model training.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define machine learning workflows and integrate solutions into production systems.

Evaluate and optimize machine learning models by fine-tuning hyperparameters, improving accuracy, and ensuring models are scalable and efficient.

Conduct research on the latest AI/ML techniques to implement state-of-the-art algorithms, ensuring continuous improvement of solutions.

Monitor and maintain deployed models in production, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting issues as needed.

Requirements

BSCS/ BSIT/ BSSE
Experience: 3 - 4 years

Required Skills

Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Strong data processing skills using Pandas, NumPy, and feature engineering techniques.
In-depth knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
