In addition to providing state-of-the-art laboratory environments, our focus in the "End 2 End Lab and Services" tribe is on automation solutions and data analytics in order to continuously supply our customers with future-oriented technologies.

As a Squad Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Data Analytics and Observability Squad. They will continue to develop this area and lay the foundation for data analytics to be a prerequisite for end-to-end software automation and vice versa. They set the course for the future and take up and implement new topics in the field of AI and LLM in the telco environment.

Tasks

As a Squad Leader (m/f/d), you will manage complex, strategically aligned projects or lead sub-projects as part of of strategic programs; in doing so, you will take over the technical management of the project staff.

• You define the project approach and clear responsibilities
• You plan and coordinate project resources according to the functional requirements and the project scope
• You will be responsible for project budgeting and planning as well as regular updates
• You initiate improvements to optimize project processes, activities and systems
• You will be responsible for the evaluation, communication and mitigation of risks as well as target group-specific communication

Profile

You have a degree in Informatic, Data Science or comparable qualification and already have 3 years of professional experience in the field of project management.

Furthermore, you are characterized by the following knowledge and skills:

• Very good experiences in classic and agile forms of cooperation
• Excellent experience in the management of strategically oriented projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of the market, technology and competitor environment in the information technology and telecommunications industry, including digital transformation
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good experience as a project manager or sub-project manager in planning, preferably in an agile environment
• Detailed know-how in the use of agile methods such as SCRUM and Lean
