Role

A Reference Data Analyst focuses on effectively maintaining strategic client data in the bank’s systems and infrastructure. As part of Static Data within the Client Lifecycle Management fulfilling regulatory requirements and maximize efficiency are key to ensure a robust process for data quality. Close partnership with stakeholders such as Middle Office, Audit, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting is required to deliver solutions that balance immediate business priorities with long term strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Interact pro-actively with internal teams and clients of the bank to ensure adequate delivery within the processes.
• Manage general ledger with due diligence and operate internal onboarding system and extract data.
• Assist within a dynamic team to discover discrepancies, remediate, and report to relevant stakeholders.
• Reconcile downstream systems with general ledger to avoid impact on booking systems.
• Consolidate different data sets to ensure highest data quality.

Skills

• Analytical skills, being able to compare large data sets and clearly communicate your workings.
• Experience with MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
• Be a quick study and understand logical connections.
• Ability to reach out and work with cross-functional team members in a matrix environment across the entire organization.
