Anaconda is seeking a talented Sr. Director of Revenue Marketing to join our rapidly-growing company. The Sr. The Director of Revenue Marketing will play a critical role in driving the overall growth and profitability of Anaconda by aligning marketing efforts directly with revenue outcomes. This leader is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of global campaigns, demand generation, revenue focused marketing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and other departments to ensure marketing efforts contribute to pipeline growth and sales success. This role requires a data-driven leader who can collaborate cross-functionally to achieve measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead a team of marketers focusing on segment and industry growth strategy & tactics. Demand gen, performance marketing, ABM, events, webinars and customer campaigns are the primary functions you will be responsible for, with a focus on driving revenue
- Own the pipeline number, working with the extended marketing team to define the revenue marketing plan, channel mix, data & analytics for Anaconda's revenue marketing function to drive net new and expansion pipeline across all segments, across the entire customer lifecycle, and across industries.
- Lead the strategy for developing integrated marketing programs and define clear campaign goals and objectives across a variety of tactics and through cross-functional collaboration..
- Have a strong goal and outcome orientation to marketing efforts.
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team.
- Build a regular update cadence with relevant leadership on campaign impacts, plan deliverables, and timelines.
- Define and own KPIs for targets and tracking performance metrics on a daily or weekly basis and iterate quickly to optimize, proactively detect, and course correct immediately.
What You Need:
- 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS experience preferred) with a strong, demonstrable focus on pipeline growth and high-quality execution.
- Proven success in building, developing, and leading demand generation and growth teams.
- Experience at a company scaling from 100M and to 1B in ARR.
- World class business acumen with a bias for data driven decision making and velocity of execution.
- A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.
- Someone who flourishes when given responsibility and a sense of ownership.
