Business Process Analyst/Solution Architect – Procurement Analytics

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to integrate Hyper automation, AI algorithms & other applications in Procurement processes 

Design solutions involving conversational AI agents & chatbots for Procurement related queries & assistance 

Designing Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms to understand & respond to user queries 

Monitoring chatbot performance & iteratively improving conversational capabilities 

Identifying and designing AI/ML powered solutions to enhance Procurement Process Assurance & data-driven decision making through workflow embedded decision assets 

Evaluating emergent technologies & trends in Procurement AI & ML to identify opportunities for innovation 

Education Qualification 

B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or related field, MBA/PGDM or Similar 

Certification required 

Certification in AI, ML, or related technologies would be an advantage 

5-8 years of experience in the Technology or Consulting industry 

Behavioural Skills 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams 

Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies 

Technical Skills 

Process knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement 

Knowledge on industry best practices on emerging technology interventions in Procurement process 

Knowledge of Procurement modules in ERP and related systems like Ariba 

Expertise in AI, ML, and chatbot development is preferred 

Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms is preferred 

Experience in implementing solutions involving AI algorithms & applications integration into Procurement systems 

Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java etc) is preferred 

User Experience (UX) Design Concepts
