Inviting applications for the role of a Technical Associate, Data Analyst!

In this role, the Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting business analysts and developers with data subject expertise, query building and optimization.
 
Responsibilities! 

•    Process Data Inquiry service requests, Data Quality and Usability Assessment, and Stakeholder Coordination
•    Process inquiries, including New Inquiries and Portfolio Reviews
•    Analyze the quality and usability of data submitted
•    Work directly with the multiple parties involved and support teams to ensure that SLAs are met 
•    Ensure performance reports and dashboards are updated and delivered on time
•    Participate in weekly meetings
•    Prepare other reports as needed
  
Qualifications we seek in you! 
Minimum Qualifications 
 
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    Experience in Data Processing and Analytics, ideally having worked on Analytics and Data Management
•    Strong knowledge in MS Excel
•    Knowledge on data processing, data analytics, quality assurance, and customer support
•    Attention to detail is a must
•    Basic knowledge in lending process

Preferred qualifications 
Experience in working on data in the lending space/process
