Job Description

Senior Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems to support the company's data analytics and business intelligence needs.
This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of data engineering best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Optimize data storage solutions, including the on-prem SQL Server Data Warehouse.
• Maintain and support the SAS Viya analytical solution.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data systems for reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering or data warehousing.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline orchestration tools.
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Azure.
• Proficiency in SQL language and SQL Server database platform.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and DAX.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive team player.
• Organizational and time management skills.
