Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Report Creation: Develop and maintain insightful Tableau reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
- Data-Driven Insights: Proactively search for actionable insights and data trends to support decision-making.
- A/B Testing: Conduct and analyze A/B tests to assess the impact of different strategies, optimizing based on results.

Qualifications

- Over 1,5 year of hands-on experience in data analysis, delivering insights and supporting business decisions.
- Confident in for data extraction and manipulation; strong command of Tableau (or Power BI) for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Experienced in analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights.

Nice to have:
- Familiar with Python, especially the Pandas library, for data wrangling and automating repetitive analysis tasks.
- Understanding of A/B testing and basic statistical analysis techniques. 
- B2 English proficiency, enabling clear and effective communication in international environments.
