Product Manager - AI Solutions

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong focus on AI technologies to join our innovative team. This role uniquely blends product and technical expertise, helping to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with venture architects, strategic designers, software engineers, and data scientists to deliver AI-driven solutions. You will be pivotal in translating complex technical capabilities into strategic business outcomes, ensuring that AI solutions meet both market needs and technical feasibility.

As a key player in driving AI innovations, you will also take a central role in conceptualizing, designing, and developing GenAI solutions. Your expertise will guide the development of AI-driven use cases across multiple sectors, while ensuring that the business's vision and technical capabilities align seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, customers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver AI product solutions.
• Drive the conceptualization and development of AI use cases and prototypes, collaborating with AI engineers and the broader product team.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and align stakeholders on shared goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define product requirements, build roadmaps, and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Play a key role in organizing and delivering workshops, particularly in the area of GenAI, by driving conceptualization, demos, and facilitating collaborations.
• Ensure efficient product development cycles by balancing technical feasibility with business value.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AI and GenAI to guide product strategy.
• Collaborate with decentralized teams, ensuring domain knowledge is applied effectively and promoting the use of AI across industries.
• Oversee and steer software development mostly in Python effectively, with focus on libraries such as Langchain, Pandas, Streamlit, CrewAI and DSPy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Product Management with a strong focus on AI technologies.
• Expertise in translating between business requirements and technical teams (engineers and data scientists).
• Experience in developing AI/GenAI solutions, with the ability to conceptualize and build use cases.
• Familiarity with software development and data science principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, technical projects.
• Experience in running global workshops and collaborating on AI-focused solutions.
• Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex technical topics for a variety of audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working within decentralized teams or across industries.
• Track record in managing fast-paced software development projects successfully.
• Knowledge of software engineering and AI systems, particularly GenAI solutions.
• Background in consulting or experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment (e.g., startups, tech consultancies)
