This is who we are

ING’s strategy is built around our purpose: Empowering people to stay ahead in life and in business. We want to make the difference for people and the planet by providing a superior customer experience and putting sustainability at the heart of what we do.

In order to make this happen, we need good quality data. Data about customers, products, agreements, transactions and operations. In ING’s CDMO (Chief Data Management Office) organization, data is our heart. We ensure the bank can use data for decisions, reporting, analytics, modelling and much more because the data is of good quality, is managed well throughout the bank and that uniform policies and processes around our data apply. CDMO is a global organization, with people working in Amsterdam, Manilla, Bratislava, Bucharest and many more ING countries.

Our tribe Global Customer Data Management (GCDM) contributes to the ING strategy by delivering customer data services which can be directly integrated into the mobile, web and assisted channels of our consuming entities: ING Retail banks, Business banks and Wholesale bank. The tribe consists of around 160 colleagues. You will join the Leadership team of the tribe, you will have a team of people (including a Chapter Lead) for which you are hierarchically responsible to help you drive the area.
